IU CREATE is dedicated to leading secure, trusted, and sustainable research in microelectronics with a focus on ME design, ME radiation effects, reliability, and workforce development. We aim to conduct cutting-edge research on ME reliability in extreme environments, develop reliable solutions to accelerate commercial technology adoption for space and defense, and support technology transfer from lab-to-fab. IU CREATE aims to promote innovative education in ME and space sciences, fostering a collaborative hub for academic, government, and industry partnerships. Additionally, IU CREATE is committed to expanding workforce participation in space sciences through research, educational and workforce development initiatives.
